Boil Bananas Before Bed, Drink the Liquid and You Won’t Believe What Happens to Your Sleep

Here we are presenting you another method for falling asleep, that is intended for those who are suffering from insomnia, bad sleep and similar things. It happens to some people to lie in their bed for hours, and their brain stays active and don’t allow them to rest. This usually happens when you think what are you going to do the next day, and the brain is active for another 30 minutes. There are many other reasons for insomnia like medications for example.

The impossibility of falling asleep can lead to many health problems and that is why you must treat it in order to have a normal sleep that will allow your body to do your regular activities.

This remedy shown in here has banana as its main ingredient, and a sprinkle of cinnamon. This fruit is full with potassium and magnesium which are great for muscle relaxation. You will prepare the sleeping potion in only 10 minutes, and you will drink it before you go to sleep.

Needed ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 small glass with water
  • Cinnamon

Wash your banana and cut the ends. Put the banana peel in boiling water, in order to make the banana tea. Leave the banana  peel in the water for 10 minutes. After that, remove the water from the stove and strain it. Add a sprinkle of cinnamon in your tea, and it’s ready for drinking. One hour before bed is the best time to drink it and will enable the best possible results. Just lye into your bed and relax.

The calming effects are pretty amazing, and they will make you fall asleep faster.
